Florence is creating a park, along the creek that runs through town.  This park will link the Middle and High School sports facilities to the main body of town.  The land to be developed has been donated by local citizens or has been purchased by the City with grant money and money earmarked for this purpose.

This will be an ongoing project that we hope will bring understanding to our community about how cycling and its participants are helping communities just like ours.
The City of Florence website will be updated, showing the progress of the parks construction, in order to keep you informed as to the status of the project.

Thank you very much for your donations and please ride safely.
